Digital Art Academy Welcomes Diana Dillion!

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

A professional photographer since 1997, Diana’s motto is “you never stop learning!”. She discovered Corel Painter five years ago, and since then creating digital art paintings has become her passion. Diana has refined and enhanced her style and techniques by taking classes herself. Studying under some of the most well known artists, Diana’s work has been described as “impressive” and “masterful”.

Although a native Texan by birth, and currently residing in the quaint little town of Bellville, Texas, Diana Dillion grew up in many different locations. From Alaska to Montana, and Tucson to Houston, Diana has been exposed to some of the country’s most beautiful landscapes, which were the inspiration for some of her early art works.  From oil painting to pastels, sculptures to photography, Diana’s mother, who was an accomplished artist specializing in western art, always encouraged Diana to express herself artistically.  Diana counts Charles M. Russell and Norman Rockwell as two of her favorite artists.  Digital art, photography, and quilting have settled in as Diana’s favorite art forms.  Diana looks forward to sharing her passion for digital painting with you!!

Look for Diana’s first class in 2009!
