Description
This class is an intermediate level course designed to acquaint the student with the principles of collage using Corel® Painter. Each week you will be introduced to many creative ways to compose beautiful collage images suitable for framing. This is a Self Paced course with limited instructor support. This class includes additional resources, video and PDF lessons.
Skill Level
This class is intended for the Intermediate Painter user. Students should be familiar with working with layers, changing Composite methods, making selections. Students should have a basic knowledge and understanding of their operating system and be familiar with the Painter interface.
Software Requirements
- Microsoft® Windows® XP, Microsoft® Windows® Vista or Apple® Mac OS® X operating system
- Corel® Painter™, any version Painter 9.5 through Painter 11.
- Adobe Reader (to read PDF lessons).
- Quicktime (to view lesson videos). Current version please.
Hardware Requirements
- Computer capable of running Corel® Painter™
- Mouse or Wacom or comparable tablet and stylus
- Scanner ( not mandatory).
