Betty Piper is a retired and living in South Texas. She enjoys digital painting, photography, travel and just having fun. “I enjoy the pleasure of making friends on Painter Talk plus all the great learning experiences there”.

Betty feels that creating, and art are a part of her life that really makes her feel alive. “I always enjoyed the times I painted with others on location and in classes, and sharing the love of creation is a special relationship with other people”. Betty has taught painting for many years and does miss the teacher student friendships she enjoyed through those years.

Betty’s philosophy is to teach lessons where the students learn the techniques, but that they also strive to put meaning and feelings into their work.

Betty will be offering creative courses for Painter and Photoshop Elements 6.
