Hailing from the UK,  Tim Shelbourne worked for nearly 20 years as a traditional artist and illustrator before discovering Photoshop and digital art. Since that time, Tim has become a committed digital convert, and truly believes that Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter and the humble PC represent the perfect canvas, brushes and easel for the 21st Century artist.

For the last 7 years Tim has regularly produced tutorials for many major UK digital photography and Photoshop magazines, and is a regular contributor to The Official Corel Painter magazine. Tim’s books on Photoshop have been published by O’Reilly, Ilex Press and Lark Books.
Tim has a passion for teaching and sharing his knowledge, helping fellow digital art enthusiasts to expand their skills and abilities. Tim is delighted to be associated with the Digital Arts Academy.
