  • Are Classes Held Online?

    As a student you have anytime online access to your Digital Art Academy classes. Just log into your Digital Art Academy account at www.digitalartacademy.com, which is started automatically when you join your first class, and you can access the course content from any device with an internet connection.

  • What Do I Receive When Joining a Class?

    Each class is composed differently; however, within the course, you will find all the resources you need to complete the featured artwork. Typically, each class receives high-definition (HD) video content and custom brushes, along with high-resolution JPEGS to use as references. On top of that, some classes have custom canvases, papers, custom palettes, as well as instructional PDF to guide you along on your journey.

  • Can I Download My Course Content?

    Yes, you can download all the course content. It is yours to keep forever

  • Can I Stream My Content?

    Yes, you can stream your course content or download it to watch offline. Both options are available for your convenience. Also PDFs can be viewed online and downloaded.

  • Will I Have Support During My Class?

    Some of the key features of Digital Art Academy are the ability to ask your instructor questions, get personalized responses, view and share projects, participate in discussions with your classmates, attend live webinar sessions and keep all class material.

The Digital Art Academy, DAA for short, is composed of three websites: our learning platform, hosted here at Thinkific, URL is www.digitalartacademy.com; the DAA Community, which is hosted at Mighty Networks, URL is www.daacommunity.com and our older courses hosted at Ruzuku, URL is app.Ruzuku.com. There is also a presence on Facebook but most of the activity and interaction is at our Mighty Networks Community.

  • What are DAA normal operating hours?

    Karen and Debbie are here to support you on your journey however Sunday is our day off. If you have a question expect your response on Monday or within 24 hours

  • Who are the instructors for DAA?

    Digital Art Academy offers online digital art painting classes, which are taught by world-renowned instructors who love Corel Painter. Our instructors are Certified Corel Instructors, and Elite Painter Masters.

Ruzuku - were you a student?

  • What happens to the courses I purchased at Ruzuku?

    You will continue to have access to all your courses at Ruzuku you will not however receive assessments by your instructor. If you want to continue to study with Karen then please ask to be added to the course if it was one of the transferred courses on our new school site at Thinkific.

  • Will I still have access to my classes at Ruzuku?

    Yes, Ruzuku courses are right where you left them and accessible with your existing Ruzuku log in credentials.

  • What are my payment options?

    Digital Art Academy offers payment options through PayPal or Stripe. If you need other options, please feel free to contact us.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Due to the digital download nature of Digital Art Academy classes, refunds are not available.

  • What are the technical and software requirements?

    A computer that can run these software options and a functional copy of Rebelle 6.0 Pro or Corel Painter 2018 or higher are needed for our classes. Courses will inform you which software will be used for the course, for example, Rebelle or Painter.

  • What Browsers and Operating Systems are compatible with my class?

    Thinkific is constantly updating in order to improve our platform and provide you with the best experience. Chrome (recommended) Firefox (recommended) Safari Microsoft Edge

  • What do I need for live sessions?

    Unless you plan to participate during a live session you need nothing more than your computer and speakers in order to hear and see the broadcast.
